Dr. Ron Razmi is the Founder and CEO of Kinders. He brings extensive clinical, business, and technical expertise to addressing key issues facing healthcare organizations today. He began his career as a cardiologist and was one of the pioneers in application of MRI systems in managing cardiac patients. He built the software system, cardiovascularmri.com, to serve as a platform for education and training of cardiologists in use of MRI in managing their patients. As a McKinsey consultant, Ron worked with the world’s top life sciences companies in strategy, M&A, and product development. In 2011, he founded Acupera, a population health management software company. This unique platform enables healthcare organizations to use data, care pathways, and AI to industrialize key aspects of care delivery and patient management.
Ron completed his medical training at the Mayo Clinic. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
With over 25 years in strategic marketing and sales positions, Sal brings a wealth of experience to our client engagements. Before founding Decision Counsel, he served as President of Liquid Thinking, a professional services firm focused on accelerating venture-backed enterprises. Prior to Liquid Thinking, Sal was a Managing Partner for USWeb/CKS, where he lead client engagements with Novell, IBM, Televisa, Sega and Mazda. During his tenure at USWeb/CKS, Sal was responsible for building over $70,000,000 in client relationships. Previously, Sal served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Motorola and Acer America. A gifted speaker and facilitator, Sal leads our Strategic Framework programs that empower executive management off-sites, strategic planning meetings, sales training and product development planning. His client engagements include Dun & Bradstreet, Salesforce.com, MacWorld, Time Inc., Acupera, Trend Shift, Spotify, Metrostudy and ICharts.
Eli-Shaoul Khedouri handles software and data science strategy and development. Eli has co-founded four tech companies as CTO or CEO, served as Chief Architect of infosec for NYC after 9/11, and for over a decade has applied machine intelligence at scale in areas including medical AI.
He has served on the advisory boards of digital health companies, including Acupera. This often includes providing technical guidance to the leadership, working with the technology leadership to scale up engineering teams, and mentoring senior engineering management.
Eli began his career consulting for Sun Microsystems and coding projects for Sandia Research Labs, and most recently co-founded and served as CTO of Prompt.ly, a venture-backed tech startup, acquired in 2016.
Dr. Gerry Petratos manages medical informatics aspects of life sciences digital strategy and product development. He has extensive background as a physician with master of medical informatics and 9 years as Head of Data Analytics at Roche and Genentech. Most recently he is the Founder and CEO of Hiteks Solutions Inc., a leading Real-Time revenue cycle suite of products in healthcare integrated with Electronic Health Records.
Gerry completed his training at the NIH and University of Utah in Biomedical Informatics and Health Services Administration, and later served as a professor at Northwestern’s Medical Informatics Program.
